• Telephone number
• E-mail address
• Method of payment (see payment options listed below)

PAYMENT OPTIONS

• MasterCard or VISA are accepted by providing your credit card number and expiration date.   Credit cards will not be charged until the day your directory is shipped.
• Check made payable to "Brackemyre Publishing".
• Companies or organizations can be billed for books. Unfortunately, we are unable to bill individuals.
• Pre-payment is required for the electronic version.

SHIPPING

In celebration of our publishing company’s 22nd anniversary, we are offering FREE SHIPPING on all 2009 products.

All books are shipped within three business days of receipt of order.  The electronic version is sent via e-mail as a Microsoft Excel attachment within one business day of receipt of payment.

Additional Terms for Ordering the Electronic Version

By making payment for the Electronic Version of the Indiana Media Directory, Kentucky Media Directory or Ohio Media Directory, the customer agrees that the Electronic Version is to be used solely by the customer or those in his immediate office. It is against federal copyright law for the customer to make copies of the Electronic Version and send to anyone outside of his immediate office.
